On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link via email. Follow the instructions to create a new password.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that while your account will be deleted, anonymous reviews you've posted may remain on the platform but will no longer be associated with any identifying information.

Yes! You can update your location in Settings > Location. This helps you see reviews and content relevant to your area. Location permissions can be managed in your device settings.

Tap the three dots (⋯) on any post or review, then select "Report." Choose the reason for reporting and submit. Our moderation team will review the report and take appropriate action.

Prohibited content includes: harassment, threats, false or defamatory statements, sharing personal information without consent, spam, illegal activities, and content that violates intellectual property rights. See our Terms of Service for complete guidelines.

We review reported content and may remove posts that violate our Terms of Service. While we don't pre-screen content, we take reports seriously and investigate them in good faith. Response times may vary based on volume and severity.

Tap the "+" button at the bottom of the screen. Select what you want to review, add your rating and comments, and tap "Post." Your review will be posted anonymously.

You can delete your own reviews by going to your profile, finding the review, and selecting "Delete." However, reviews cannot be edited once posted to maintain authenticity.

Chat rooms allow anonymous discussions within your college community. Join a chat room by tapping on it, and start participating in conversations. All messages are anonymous.

Try these steps: 1) Force close and restart the app, 2) Check for app updates in your app store, 3) Restart your device, 4) Ensure you have a stable internet connection, 5) Clear the app cache in your device settings. If issues persist, contact support.

Check that notifications are enabled: 1) In your device settings, ensure LockerRoom Talk has notification permissions, 2) In the app, go to Settings > Notifications and enable the types of notifications you want to receive.
